Captain
Racing Tipster, breeder of fine shooting dogs and a highly accomplished oarsman. Duncan brings decades of experience to his second stint as the Quintin Captain.
Jo Midgley
Vice Captain
Joined Quintin in 2021 but has been enjoying The Tideway since 2017. Enjoys women’s recreational rowing and has been a member of the committee for 2 years.
Dave King
Committee Chair
Dave is a former Captain of QBC. He rows with the Barflies Squad and has been a member of the Club for over 35 years. He is also a Trustee of Chiswick Rowing Trust, a past captain of The Richmond Golf Club and a Younger Brother of Trinity House.

Huw Jones
Committee Member
Huw has been rowing at Quintin since school - so quite a few years. Huw now rows with the Masters squad and has won at National and International events. He's also competed at many Henley Masters regattas and various other interesting events such as the 'Illes de Lerins', Cannes and the Volgalonga rowing festival around Venice and it's lagoon.
Juliet Cassidy
Committee Member
Juliet joined Quintin in 2021 and rows regularly in the women's crew who braved Masters racing for the first time in 2024. She would now like to give something back to the development of the club, so is a new recruit to the committee for 2024.
Ken Creighton
Co-opted (non-voting) Committee Member
Ken joined QBC in January 2025. He started rowing as a junior and has been Captain at four previous rowing clubs: Green Lake Crew, UC Berkeley, Olden Bears RC and Brentford Masters. Ken continues to enjoy training and racing.
Kirsty Russell-Duff
Co-opted (non-voting) Committee Member
Kirsty came to rowing later in life, but it quickly became her sport, for the competition, the increased fitness and strength, the people and the place to find peace. She has mostly raced on the tideway, but also further afield in the UK. Previously Women’s Captain of Brentford Masters, Kirsty joined QBC in January 2025.

Catt McLeod
Coxswain Catt has been steering Quintin crews of all levels since the late 90s and now manages venue hire and event enquiries for the club.
Jane Adams
Jane has been with the club for 15 years. A former rower, she now enjoys coxing, usually with the racing masters group and is also our entries secretary.
